Tired Legs

400s suck...after you do 12 of them at close to your top speed. That's what this Run Less, Run Faster program had me doing yesterday. So, I woke up with sore arms from painting and sore legs from running.

When I first saw it, I was like, "12x400? That has got to be a misprint."

It's not.

I thought three days a week of running would be easy.

Not so much.
