November 13 Training Update

Last Sunday: 3 miles. 31:31
Tuesday: 6 miles. 58:09
Thursday: 4 miles. 38:24.
Saturday: Body Combat
Today: 5 miles. 47:57.

It is interesting looking at the times because the 5 miles I did today was the hilliest and windiest route of the week but it was one of the fastest. Go figure!
